Ginger garlic chicken saute recipe

  • Take a wok, add oil, add plenty of chopped ginger & garlic, add fresh boneless chicken (vegetarians can add tofu or panner), mix well and add black pepper, very little salt and stir fry for 2-3 minutes
  • When the chicken changes color, add sliced onions, bell peppers, spring onions, carrots, celery (any vegetables you like) let them cook for 2-3 minutes
  • Add fresh chili, soya sauce and mix well and let it cook for 1-2 minutes
  • Dry out if there is any moisture in the mixture and it’s good to serve
