Kadai Panner recipe

Step 1

  • Take a wok, heat one table spoon of oil
  • Add onions, let them cook till they turn brown
  • Add finely chopped tomato, cook the tomato till its soft
  • Add very little salt to the mixture

Step 2

  • Add the mixture into a mixer
  • Add garam masala powder & raw mango or amchoor powder to the mixture
  • Add little bit of water & grind them into a smooth puree

Step 3

  • In the same wok, Add little butter, Ginger garlic paste, slit chilis, few onion & pepper cubes. Toss everything together and cook for a minute
  • Add the grinded puree into the wok and mix everything together
  • Add water for gravy

Step 4

  • Add panner cubes and toss them with the mixture
  • Add salt
  • Add freshly chopped coriander leaves and kadai panner is ready to serve
